FO: Another February Baby Sweater

This one was was a gift on Eleanor's Naming Day (along with her quilt), way back in April. Knitted in Rowan Wool Cotton, I LOVE this pattern.

Birthday Tea

My friend Babs had a big birthday earlier this year so Babs, Lucy, Em and I went to The Lanesbrough for a very fancy afternoon tea.

FO: Meg's Stripey Tank

I started knitting this tank for Meg before her first birthday back in March and finally finished it in June. Not that it took that long to knit, I was just side tracked by other things. That's been happening a lot this year!

I love this colour combination, so pretty but not overly 'girly'. The yarn is Rowan Wool Cotton. I always forget how much I love this yarn, it has such lovely stitch definition. Pattern is the tank pattern I use a lot, in Debbie Bliss' 'Baby Knits Book'.

A Long Time Coming

Well, I didn't plan to take an almost six month break from the blog. It happened for a number of reasons and might well have become permanent, but I'm going to attempt to get back to regular blogging, by posting every day during October. I hope I have enough to write about!
